The licence

A licence key lets one office PC use Billvo until the date on the key. The 14-day trial is free. After a licence ends there are 14 days of grace; after that Billvo stops reading new bills, and everything you already made stays yours and open.

You stay responsible for your books

Billvo helps your staff: it reads bills, checks them and prepares Excel sheets and Tally import files. It can make mistakes, so it sends bills it isn't sure about to a person. You decide what goes into your books and your GST returns, and you remain responsible for them. Billvo is not a substitute for your accountant's or CA's advice.

Fair use

Don't copy, resell or reverse-engineer Billvo, and don't share your licence key.

Liability

Responsibility

Billvo helps your staff; a person in your office confirms bills before they go to Tally, and you remain responsible for your books and GST returns. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India; the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction.

We will tell you about changes to these terms before they apply.
