The short version
Billvo reads your bills, bank statements and GST files on your own computer. They are not sent to us or to anyone.
What stays on your computer
- Your bills, bank statements, GSTR-2B files and sales registers, and everything Billvo makes from them (Excel sheets, Tally files, registers, backups).
- Your settings and rules (company name, GSTIN, ledger names, amount limits).
What we receive
- When you sign in: your e-mail address (and, with Google sign-in, your name), a random ID made for your PC, and the PC's name - to give your free trial or licence to that one PC.
- Counts only: how many bills Billvo read on that PC each day, for the trial's limits. Never a bill, a supplier, an amount or anything inside your files.
- When you buy: the payment reference from Razorpay (we never see your card or UPI details).
- When you write to support: what you choose to write. Please never send real bills.
Billvo checks your trial or licence with our server about once a week when the PC is online. In between it works fully offline.
What we never do
- Sell or share your data.
- Train any AI on your data.
- Sign in to the GST portal or file returns for you.
Your choices
Uninstalling Billvo removes the program; your documents in Documents\Billvo stay yours and on your PC. To have us delete your licence record, write to billvosupport@gmail.com.
